Retail Park Karpacka

Retail Park Karpacka is a type of shopping mall with no common parts, where each store has a separate entrance directly from the parking lot. The ease of access for customers and independence in operation of individual surface makes this an increasingly popular form of conducting trade, services, or leisure activities e.g. fitness clubs.

Retail Park Karpacka is located by the city's western ring road, in vicinity of one of the largest residential areas in Bielsko-Biała, the Karpacka estate. In the distance of a 10-minute walk, over 16,000 people reside, and in the distance of a 5-minute drive – over 60,000. In the immediate vicinity of the facility one may find: residential estates, indoor swimming pool, sports centre, a church and a large bus loop. The investment was executed in the years 2013-2014.
